Thank you so much for booking a session with me!

Please take some time to read this agreement/photo release below, sign and submit back to me as soon as you can!

A. Session Fees.

-The client agrees to pay the photographer the non-refundable session fee of $200 for a 30minute session or $300 for a 1 hour session, which is due at the time of booking the session. This is required to reserve your time slot for the session/date/time. All payments are due in full unless payment arrangements have been made. Images will not be released to the client until payment in full is received. If the client has arranged a payment plan, images will be released after the final payment has been received.

-The price for the sessions covers the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, and up to 20 images for a 30min session and 50 imagies for a 1 hr session that are available for download from

YourMomentsByDaniela's online gallery platform.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery of session images.

B. Rescheduling/Re-shoots/Refunds/Cancellations.

-Photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction,

and/or other circumstances beyond their control.

-No refunds will be given, but you may transfer your session to another party or use your credit on file for a future session. 

-Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather-related issues, child behavior, or by not following any recommendations of the photographer.

C. Model Release

-I hereby give to Daniela Murray the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to photograph myself and/or my child/spouse/significant other.

a) To copyright the images in the photographer’s name or company.

b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the images in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any way known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising.

c) Client reserves the right to decline images being shared on social media, but must notify the photographer in writing. If this applies to you, full credit must be given to the photographer at the time that you are sharing these images on your social media by way of tagging Daniela Murray and YourMomentsByDaniela's social media pages.

D. Photographer Copyright & Penalties

-Daniela Murray retains all copyrights and ownership of all images created during the client’s session.

A print release may be given for purchased digital files to print portraits for personal use. 

-The client is not allowed publication of portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling, or altering of your images in any way without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to claim artistic development, copy, scan, download, print, share, alter or otherwise steal any image created by Daniela Murray during the client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted online in Pixie-set galleries, social media sites such as Facebook/Instagram, or personal websites.

*Special message from your photographer:

I work very hard to create images that reflect you and your family while keeping in line with my artistic vision and creativity. I know you will want to share them and I include a sneak-peek for that very reason. However, I ask that when you share it must be shared directly from the page of the photographer with full credit given to the photographer. Until your full gallery is received.

*Other Important Information to note:

-Session starts at the agreed-upon time. It is strongly encouraged that the client arrives 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the session.

This allows for any last-minute feeding, changing, and relaxing before the session begins.

-Please make sure hair is combed and faces are clean and free of runny noses, food, or crust around the eyes before the session begins.

-Please avoid eating or drinking red, orange, or heavily dyed food or drinks before the session, as these tend to leave a stain on the face.
