Season of the Witch
October 2021

Thank you so much for joining my witchy photoshoot. This photoshoot will be free to you and focus on the witch coven we are creating and the photos I need for submitting to magazines and sharing on social media. However, If you would like individual photos there will be an additional fee of $50 fee per person and will include 5 photos of yourself. I am so excited to see you all in your own unique outfits and to create our awesome witch coven. Let's rock this!

A. Session Fees.

-The client agrees to cooperate with the witch coven session and understands this is a free photo session for the photographers creativity. If any client wishes to have specific photos taken of themselves such as best friends, self portraits or solo shots the client agrees to a one time non-refundable fee of $50 per person. Which will be due in full at the time of the session. Unless future Payment arrangements have been made between clients and photographer. This is no required fee to reserve a slot for the session. Images will not be released to the client until payment in full is received. If the client has arranged a payment plan, images will be released after the final payment has been received.

-The $50 for the session covers the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, and up to 5 images available for download from YourMomentsByDaniela's online gallery platform.

Please allow up to 1 week for delivery of The Witch Session images. 

 

B. Rescheduling/Re-shoots/Refunds/Cancellations.

-Photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, and/or other circumstances beyond their control.

-No refunds will be given, but you may transfer your session to another party or use your credit on file for a future session. 

-Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather-related issues, child behavior, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. 

 

C. Late Arrivals. 

-Please arrive 10mins prior to the session time beginning. Any Client that is late arriving will not be guaranteed any re shots of poses that they may have missed.

 

D. Model Release

-I hereby give to Daniela Murray the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to photograph myself and/or my child/spouse/significant other.

a) To copyright the images in the photographer’s name or company.

b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the images in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any way known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising.

c) Client reserves the right to decline images being shared on social media, but must notify the photographer in writing. 

 

E. Photographer Copyright & Penalties

-Daniela Murray retains all copyrights and ownership of all images created during the client’s session. A print release may be given for purchased digital files to print portraits for personal use. 

-The client is not allowed publication of portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling, or altering of your images in any way without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to claim artistic development, copy, scan, download, print, share, alter or otherwise steal any image created by Daniela Murray during the client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted online in Pixie-set galleries or in social media sites such as Facebook/Instagram, or personal websites.

 

 

*Special message from your photographer:

I work very hard to create images that reflect you and your family while keeping in line with my artistic vision and creativity. I know you will want to share these images and I include a sneak-peek for that very reason. However, I ask that when you share it must be shared directly from the page of the photographer with full credit given to the photographer. Until your full gallery is received. Please tag me in all images shared. 

 

*Other Important Information to note:

-Session starts at the agreed-upon time. It is strongly encouraged that the client arrives 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. This allows for any last-minute questions or concerns about dress/makeup/hair issues.

-Please make sure hair is combed and faces are clean and free of food, or crust around the eyes before the session begins.

-Please avoid eating or drinking anything red, orange, or heavily dyed food or drinks before the session, as these tend to leave a stain on the face/tongue/teeth.
